Express orders completed within 24 hours for an additional 100% fee (depending on current capacity)

Payment in advance according to the price list

We will provide an estimated price; the final price will be confirmed after consultation

You will be informed in advance if there is a significant price change

80% deposit based on the base price

Additional adjustments beyond the base price will be discussed during fittings

Slider replacements, sleeping bag zippers, snap fastener replacements, backpack, waist bag, and handbag alterations

We store clothing for a maximum of 1 month after pickup; afterward, it will be disposed of

We only accept clean clothing – washed or dry-cleaned
